SCRIBBLEDOC, the new iphone app just released from impactednurse.com labs.
Unravel even the most encrypted doctors scrawl. You will never have to pass that order around your squinting colleagues again.
Simply use your iphone to scan the problem document. SRIBBLEDOC will then convert the image to text and transmogrify it via Google Translate.
First into Latin, then into Greek, next into Swahili and Sanskrit, the mega filters of scribbledoc will discombobulate then anti-obfuscate the physicians scrawl before finally delivering a sanitized translation in easy to read Arial 12pt text.
SCRIBBLEDOC: available for download at the iphone app store. At a special introductory price of $99.99 AUD how can you afford not to risk screwing up?

Camille – this is not real! Come on! Go and find your sense of humor and then come back and read it again.
I would be VERY concerned to find nurses using this app. A sure fire way to introduce error into a system is to endorse health care providers interpreting illegible orders. If you can’t read it, don’t process it!!

Scribble Doc has somehow managed to end up on a list of the top 25 iPhone applications for nurses. http://onlinenursingdegreeguide.org/2009/top-25-iphone-apps-for-nurses/
What a well-researched article…
