Nurses. Sometimes we are our own worst enemy.

But on July 15th, you have the chance to thank a nurse you admire.
Buy a small card and take a moment to write a message acknowledging their awesomeness.

Perhaps for their clinical support, or  for a particular incident that stands out in your memory, or perhaps just because they are one of those quiet achievers who work so hard and never seem to get much recognition.

Be you a nurse, doctor or someone else with a message. A short note of gratitude. You can sign it if you like or just make it anonymous.
You can start right now by downloading this poster (pdf) and posting it around your workplace.

Its time to let them know.
