		<description>You poor bugger. As am a newish ambo I&#039;m still getting used to the nightshift thing which is 50% of our work (ie 2 days 2 nights 4 off). And a busy nightshift for us can be catastophic given its 14 hours long!! However, glory be us ambos can sleep/snooze in our down time which can make all the difference. I do however struggle to sleep during the day and often wake with a headache. Any tips?</description>
